Not useful? Refund, no questions. If your $9 Full Roast wasn't useful, we'll refund it.

How to get a refund

Email hello@getroastly.app within 14 days of your purchase, from the address you used at checkout or with your receipt. You don't need to explain why. We'll refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Timing

We process refunds promptly. Your bank or card issuer may take several business days to show the credit.

What's covered

• The $9 Full Roast (one-time purchase).
• The free roast costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Roast + Fix

Roast + Fix projects are quoted individually after a human review. Refund and cancellation terms are stated in the written quote before you pay anything.
